Terms & Privacy

By accessing or using Floui (floui.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Argentine Republic, reflecting the international nature of the service.

1. The Service

Floui provides an AI-powered social media content calendar. You provide information about your business, and the service generates post captions, hashtags, and images using OpenAI's models. The service is provided as-is and features may change over time.

2. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. Floui does not store your payment information.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in cases of verified technical failures that prevented you from using the service during a paid billing period. No refunds are issued because you simply did not use the service, did not like the AI-generated content, or changed your mind. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact hello@floui.app within 14 days of the charge.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the free plan. No partial-month refunds are issued.

5. AI-Generated Content

Floui uses OpenAI to generate captions, hashtags, and images. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or may not perfectly match your brand. Floui makes no warranty about the accuracy, fitness, or quality of generated content.

6. AI Images

AI-generated images are created using DALL-E and may not precisely match your expectations. Image quality, style, and subject accuracy are inherent limitations of the technology. No refund will be issued solely on the basis of dissatisfaction with generated image quality.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Floui to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, or in violation of any platform's terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

This policy explains what data Floui collects, how it is used, and how it is stored. We aim to collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

1. Data We Collect

We collect your email address and name through Google OAuth authentication. We also store your business profile information (name, industry, tone, description) and the content you generate (captions, post dates, image URLs). We do not collect payment information — all billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your business profile information is used solely to generate relevant content for your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely in Supabase, a hosted database service. Generated images are stored in Supabase Storage. Both services use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

4. OpenAI Processing

When you generate content, your business description, industry, tone, and post context are sent to OpenAI's API to produce captions and images. No personally identifiable information (email, name, payment data) is sent to OpenAI. OpenAI's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@floui.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
